| The kingdom of Alrania was founded by a man named Lord Norshack over 350 years ago. Norshack was a man who craved power and money and soon went from Lord of the land to King. He took one of the nobles daughters as his queen, her name was Alexandra McArley. With in the first year of there marrige she bore him twin girls. The new princesses were named Kathryn and Mary, both girls were taught how to read and write, as well as other skills in the area of magic, as the twins also had talent for the magical arts. Norshack plainly ignored his twin daughters he didn't how to talk with little girls, he provided education and the best health care for them, for him that was enough. It was five years later that Alexandra had managed to give him a son. The young prince was named Tevis, and King Norshack doted on his only son giveing him all the attention and things the young prince craved.
If the king paid any attention to his daughters at all he would have been very worried.... for they would be his undoing.
As the years progressed Queen Alexandra gave birth to many children however, none of them survived their first year. By the time the young princess were 16 years old and young Tevis was 11, Kathryn and Mary were powerful sorceresses in there own right and growing quite beautiful in the process. Norshack made plans to marry is to blossoming daughters off to one of the near by other kingdoms.
However that plan of action was easier said then done, and after almost a year of trying to find his two daughters Husbands there were no offers of hands in marriage. It was on the night of there 17th birthday Kathryn and Mary snuck into there fathers bed chambers and killed him in his sleep. Not long after the kings untimely death the 12 year old Prince Tevis was named King of Alrania.
Alexandra of course because she was only royalty by marriage was not allowed to run the kingdom with out with her husband by her side and had no say in how her young son ran there kingdom. Kathryn and Mary however did. They manipulated there little brother, gave him advice on what to do, in essence without his fathers constent guidence Tevis was merely a spoild prince who was used to having everything done for him... The young prince let his older sisters run his fathers kingdom, much to the Royal concles disapproval.
The sisters remained at the thrown for many years and became perminate when Tavis there little borther left with a woman her had fallen in love with and they married and moved to a large farm and manner far away form is two older sisters. Everything was going as planned for Kathtyn and Mary, they had the throwns tightly in there grip and they were offically named Queens when there mother passed away do to illness.
However one thing neither of them suspected was when a handsom young Lord came to the Royal consel. His name was Lord Callaway, and he took a certain eye of the sister named Kathryn, and a formidable Queen and Sorceress of Alrania fall for the young lord as well. All chaos broke loose when it was discovered the one of the Queens carried a illegant child, after the child was born and sent to be the ward of the church, Lord Callaway was banished and Queen Kathryn was executed.
Soon after her sister exection Mary soon died due to shock of loosing her Twin sister. With the two Queens dead the thrown was once again up for the taking..
5 years passed and finally the rightful hier to the thrown was found Prince Tevis's son was found. Tavis him self refused to be King be let the decicion on what his 15 year old son wanted to down on his own.
Corbin chose to take on the thrown as King having the same wishes and wants a his grandfather before him. King Corbin ruled to the end of his days and had 2 sons and 1 daughter, it is said the line continues to this very day. | |
