A small Area of land, Near the main Road *2 years before Current storyline*

The young 17 year old Arianna Terris, was chopping at wood with her small acks she made her self. As much as she hated it she needed to make life for her self here now that returning home to her father wouldn't work.. She would only put him in danger.

"Good Gaia it is hot out" she said slightly out of breath from chopping. She then desided to take what wood she had back to the area of land she claimed for herself to build her shelter and have some water. She currently has a tent sort of thing there.

"I Miss fathers cave... so much cooler in there" she said as she picked up the plank she put the wood on to pull back to her place.

Lilli had been anjoying an afternood ride with her trusted horse, Jasper, and dispite the heat, was not really ready to head home just yet. It was rare that days were this warm and Lilli wanted to get the most of it.

She patted Jaspers neck and spoke gently to him. "I little more, and I promise you a whole trough of water and a special treat for you patince." Jasper snorted in respose, in reluctant agrement and strode on a bit more.

The rode was exctramly dry and dusty due to the heat, and a few large stone had been uncovered by the wind, making the rode unusualy rough. Jasper was not keen to trotting on bumpy, hard surfaces. However, he had no choice due to his lady's urging on.

After a few moment of trotting n painful stone, Jasper had enough. He stopped his cantering perhaps a little suddenly. Lilli, having not noticed the condition of the rode, was taken by compleat surprise by his sudden stop, casuing her be thrown off balance.

"Woah Jasper!!" she souted as she felt herself slipping. She quickly grabbed for the horn of the saddle to right herself but her reflexed were not quick enough and she felt a horrid pain shot throgh the plm of her hand befor her fell to the ground.

Thankfully unharmed otherwise, Lilli quickly got to her feet and gripped her hand, seeing a small, but bleeding cut upon her hand. She glanced around, hoping noone had seen her embarassing fall. Thankfully she saw no one on the road.

"It's alright Jasper, I know it wasn't intentional" she said as she took the reigns and gave him a reassuing pat on the side. "Now I just have to find a place to take care of this" she said, about her wound. She was not too far from the center of the villiage, but it would still be quite a walk.

It was then Lilli heard sound coming from off the road a bit. Turning and seeing, to her newfound horror and embaraassment, that someone indeed was around.

Ari muttered as she walked up the road, dust.. she hated dust and it was sticking to her face which has a thin sheet of sweat on it.

"What I wouldn't give for a lake or stream to swim in right now" she said under her breath as she pulled the wood she gathered behind her.

Then she heard something, "Woah Jasper!!"

Picking up her pace a little she went to see what happened, as she got closer she saw a Lady on the road, appearing as if she might have fallen off her horse. She looked around to see if anyone was around. Was there anyone else to help her...

No there didn't appear to be, which she found odd, it was rear she ever saw a Lady out with out a Escort. Still she approched cautiously, " Um in need of any help?" she asked as her eyes went to the cut on the womans hand. "Probably have something for that... if you want" .... she offered. She her self knew cuts like that were hardly comfortable.. especailly in this heat with dust and sweat could get in... No not pleasent at all.

"I have my things not far from here, minutes walk down the road" she said still rather quietly... talking with humans was hardly one of her strong points. She totally forgot to tell the lady her name..

Lilli was surprised to see the young woman, perhaps no younger than she. She had not noticed her a moment ago, which unnerved her a bit. Seeing as she had no escort, she was a bit at risk. Yet Lilli could hardly think that this girl ment any harm. She was ver much meek, but her offer to help was anything but shy.

Lilli herself, tried her best to keep composure, in light of her embarassment.

"It's very kind of you. I'ts not too bad I don't think, just a scratch." She said. She could tell that the girl was of common status, but in light of the ituation, she had no choice but to acept her help. The wound was not starting to sting quite a bit in the hot, dry air.

"Perhaps, since it is not far, you say, I will go with you Miss.....?"

Ari nodded to the lady saying it was only a scratch, "Still my as well take care of it sooner rather then later" she muttered. tightening her grip on her plank holding her wood. She prepared to lead the way to her temporary shelter. "Yes my temperary camp as it were you have forgive the look of it.. I am in the process of building a house.." she said givng a pointed look to the wood behind her.

She did however stop and looked at the woman when she asked her name... Ari blushed she forgot it was proper greeting to introduce her self.

"Oh I am sorry, please call me Ari... short for Arianna no need for Miss.. anything. My appologies I have lived away from other humans for quite a while please forgive my lack of proper manners..Erm.. may I ask what I am to call you?" she asked in return, looking at her clothes and the fact the seemed embarrassed to be seen by her.. she seemed to be from on of the wealthier families...

Lilli smiled. She was quite charmed by the young woman's formality towards her. She was sure she realized the difference in their status, but never the less, Lilli never really insisted that commoners she behave in the expected fashion. Although she was affluent, she never saw the need to be treated as if she walked on water.

"Well, Ari, I am Lilliane Aschuill of Atwood. But please call me Lilli." She said. "And please, there no need for formality. Never cared for it much myself." she paused a moment to let Ari examine her cut. "Thank you again for your offer, and perhaps you are right, might as well take care of it now. My father would have a quite fit over such a small thing. 'Tis better to have it bound before I return home."

She looked past Ari to see the small camp not far from where they stood. Her heart sank a tad to see such a task be set upon one person, and a young woman at that. "Well, I am not picky when it comes to the dwelling of my "rescuer"" she added with a chuckle. "By the way, it is a pleasure to meet you Ari."

Ari smiled and nodded, "pleasure to meet you as well Lilli" she said as she continued down the path to her camp.

The camp was small but well put together, there was a fire pit with a metal pot on it a small tent with a wool blanket as a bed..

"Yes, not pretty but it will do.." she said as she put the wood down. " Have seat somewhere, Lilli, I will make somthing to help with your hand, she said was she brought out a bucket of water. She poured some into a basin, then brought the bucket over to Lilli's horse.

"Here, I bet you are thirsty eh?" she said quietly to the animal before turning back to Lilli.

Ari then took out her bag that had many poches of roots and other herbs, as well as a bandage like cloth. "It might sting a bit when I clean it... but it should soothe it self out later" she said as she added a sand like powder to the basin of water.

"Umm your not allergic to any herbs, are you?" she asked, recalling some humans didn't react well to the herbs used in medicens.
